Installation

From the WordPress plugin directory (recommended)

1. In your WordPress admin, navigate to Plugins → Add New.
2. Search for WP Google Street View.
3. Click Install Now, then Activate.
4. You will see a new WP Google Street View menu item in the left sidebar with a location icon.

Manual installation

1. Download the plugin ZIP from wordpress.org.
2. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
3. Choose the ZIP file and click Install Now.
4. Activate the plugin.

Via FTP

1. Extract the ZIP file on your computer.
2. Upload the wp-google-street-view folder to /wp-content/plugins/.
3. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins and activate WP Google Street View.

After installation

Once activated, navigate to WP Google Street View → Settings to enter your Google Maps API key. Without this key, the plugin cannot load Google Maps or Street View data.

API key required

The plugin will not function without a valid Google Maps API key. Follow the Google API setup guide to create one.
